It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neomia Elizabeth Collins of Salisbury, Maryland, who passed away on May 28, 2026, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Herbert Collins and Eva Mae Burton Collins; her daughter Dale F. Collins; and her siblings, Melvin Collins, James Collins, Floyd Collins and Hattie Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Collins, Sr. (Veronica), Gail C. Taylor, Lorre Collins-Johnson (Leon) and Kamala "Michelle" Johnson; her son-in-law Ronnie Johnson; her brother Berkley Purnell Collins; her grandchildren, Mark Collins, Jr., Marquie Collins, Ashante'Collins, Michael Collins, Jeremy Collins, Shakia Johnson, Keyonda Taylor and Kewanna Taylor; and her great grandchildren, Michiya, Jamya, Janeah and Kaari. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
