He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Cornelius and Winnie Evans; and his sister Eileen Evans. He is survived by: his wife Carol Marino Evans of Salisbury; his children, Krista Evans (Mikschal Johanison) of Annapolis, Clark Lankford (Tammy) of Seaford and Sean Evans (Theresa) of Delmar, Maryland; his grandchildren, John David Lankford, Katerina Prostredny, Michaela Prostredny, Benjamin Strouth, Isabella Evans, Lincoln Strouth and Eliza Evans; and his great grandchild Ashlynn Lankford.
