He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Bradshaw and Alice Westbrook Bradshaw; his daughter Debra Chambers; his brothers, Jerry and Alan Bradshaw; and his siblings-in-law, Stephanie Bradshaw and Richard "Dickie" Messick.
He is survived by: his wife Ricki; his nieces, Tammy Bradshaw (Gee McClain), Leah Brown (Will Brown) and Abby Messick; his sister-in-law Carol Messick; and his grandchildren, Stephen Chambers, Thomas Chambers and Elizabeth Chambers.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Halo Ministries or Coastal Hospice, both of Salisbury, Maryland.
