He is survived by: his wife Marian Hitch of Salisbury, MD; his children, Dr. Natausha Leonard of Salisbury, MD and Phillip Hitch Jr. of Salisbury, MD; his godson Ian Murry of Bowie, MD; his grandchildren, Jordan Mills (Gabreille), Corian Mills, Josarah Liles, Jocelyn Frantum (Devin), Joshua Liles and Winder; his great grandchildren, Matteo Mills, Lorenzo Mills and Mason Frantum; and his sisters, Rosalee Mills, Anna Vance (William), Blanche Savage, Lula Bizell, Shyrleen Collier (Stephen) and Loretta Hitch. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
