We are sad to announce that on December 28, 2022, at the age of 80, Richard Green Cooley of Salisbury, Maryland, born in Durham, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Maxwell Cooley and Margaret Jamieson Cooley; and his brothers, Robert and Andrew. He is survived by : his wife Patti Snodgrass Cooley; his stepdaughters, Michelle Sleighter and Lori Kemp; his stepgrandchildren, Jacob, Hunter and Arx; his siblings, Katherine Maher (Philip) and Arthur Cooley (Billie); and his sister-in-law Peggy Cooley. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
