He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Tanner and Mary Tanner; his siblings, MiMi Tanner and Robert Tanner Jr.; and his son-in-law Travis Paul Waters.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Rogish Tanner; and his daughters, Kathleen Waters of Glen Mills and Paula McGhee (Rich) of Salisbury, Maryland..
The family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to Toys for Tots, a cause that Richard especially cared about and was a dedicated volunteer.
