He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Bowden and Ruth Bowden; and his wife Debbie Bowden. He is survived by: his siblings, Rick Bowden (Alice) of Parsonsburg and Karen Ellis (Frank) of Salisbury; his stepsons, Matthew Dudley of Roanoke and John Dudley of Frostburg; and his sister-in-law Trudie Perdue. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Centenary United Methodist Church 200 W. Market St. Laurel, De. 19956 in Roger's memory.
