He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Dice and Dorcas Petty Dice; his brothers, Donald J. Dice and James E. Dice; and his nephew Scott.
He is survived by: his nieces, Julie and Corie (Gary Cole). He is also survived by other relatives, and friends.
