She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hawkins and Sally Milbourne; her brother John Milbourne; her son-in-law Jeffery McCullough; and her grandson Jonathan Turner Brown.
She is survived by: her husband Bruce Dobbins; her children, George Turner (Michelle), Eric Turner (Tammy), William Turner, Shawn Dobbins, Sheila McCullough and Diana Byrd; her siblings, Gregory Milbourne (Katie) and Alberta Purnell; her siblings-in-law, Fred Blankenship, Reggie Dobbins (Brenda) and Chrissy Dobbins; her siblings' child Iauna Dobbins; her goddaughter Rhonda Salter; and her close friend Darlene Eure. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives, in-laws, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mt. Enoch Holy Church (28055 Rockawalkin Ridge Rd, Salisbury, MD 21801). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at the Green Acres Memorial Park, Inc. West Road (1618 West Rd, Salisbury, MD 21801).
