She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilmer Bivans and Shirley Carr Bivans; her sons, Azeez Kamal Carr and Dominique Maurice Carr; and her brothers, Ronald Carr and Bilal Rabah-Hasan.
She is survived by: her children, Tonya C. Johnson and Raymond A. Cuffee III; her siblings, Carolyn Terry and Larry L. Carr, Sr. (Annette); and her aunt Marie Mack. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the New Hope Baptist Church (1611 Jersey Rd, Salisbury, MD 21801). A burial was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at the Green Acres Memorial Park, Inc. West Road (1618 West Rd, Salisbury, MD 21801).
