She was predeceased by: her parents, Hanson Wigfall and Medoria Wilson Wigfall of Dames Quarter, Maryland.; and her husband Johnny J. Finney, Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, Johnny "Poggie" Finney, Jr. (Oxana) and Tyrone Finney (Minyon); her stepson Walter "Bunny" Smith (Sheila); and her sister Ida Thomas of Princess Anne. She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
