With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stella D. Drakeford of Salisbury, Maryland, born in Snow Hill, Maryland, who passed away on April 7, 2022 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Harmon, Sr. and Viola Wilson Harmon; and her siblings, Mable Teagle (Daniel), Shirley Jenkins (James), Ernest Harmon and James E. Harmon, Jr..

She is survived by: her sisters, Anna Lee Beale, Edna Dale and Teresa Harmon Ward; her sons, Alphonso M. Harmon and Paul L. Drakeford, Jr.; her brother Bennie Lee Harmon; her sister-in-law Valerie Harmon; and her close friend Dorothy Hall. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
