He is survived by: his significant other Casey Renee Roberts; his parents, Karen Anne McDowell (Jack) and John "Scott" Dennis; his grandmother Ellen Phillips; his sister Laura Adams (Ron); and his nieces, Ariel Jean and Alissa. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
