She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Gordy and Lillian Gordy (Parker); her husband Jaredy D. "Jerry" Jarrett; and her brother-in-law Robert Whaley. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Gordy (Mark), Stanley Justis, III and Betsy Wooten (John); her grandchildren, Christopher Justis, Curtis Justis (Ronli), Catrina Hudson (Chad), Eliana Justis, Ashley Paugh (Nathan), Jordan Johnson (Michele), Kristin Wooten, Matthew Gordy and Meghan Gordy; her sister Adell Whaley; and her close friend Jane Castle. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Delmarva Evangelistic Church (408 Gordy Rd, Salisbury, MD 21804). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
