He was predeceased by: his parents, Harland Graef and Elizabeth Graef; his grandparents, Carl and Rosella Graef; his brother Harland "Kutz" Graef; his aunts, Thelma Horn and Louise Dryden; and his grandson Steven Swann.
He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Kathi Swann (Mike) and Donny Graef (Bobbi); his grandchildren, Michael Swann, Garrett Graef (Kenzie), Casey Graef (Cody), Kelsey Graef-Elliott (Dustin), Sal Tejeda and Tori Swann; and his great grandchildren, Alyssa Swann, Nate Swann, Micah Swann and Peyton Graef.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Holloway Funeral Home (501 Snow Hill Rd, Salisbury, MD 21804). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Ted's memory to Coastal Hospice or Trinity Church.
