He was predeceased by: his mother Phyllis Mae Hayward McBride. He is survived by: his father Vernon T. McBride; his children, Shaneta and Victor L. McBride, Jr.; his stepson Stephen Castaneda; his sisters, Veronica McBride, Vera McBride Jenkins and Valerie McBride; his grandchild Iyana Moss; and his close friend Dr. Nicole "Nikki" Gale. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
