He is survived by: his children, Tamika Tull of Berlin, MD and Wayne Tull Jr. of Baltimore, MD; his grandchildren, Demond Mills, Tony Mills, Na'Sier Tull, Kayden Tull, Aiden Planter and Tamia Dennis; his great grandchildren, Kayden Mills, Takhari Mills and Josiah Parker; his siblings, Linda Tull, Irene Tull, Faye Tull Fuller, Deborah Monroe, Paulette Parker of Frederica, DE, Wennette Pitts, Sharon Jones, Grace Bagwell and Rodney Harmon of Bowie, MD; and his friend Evelyn Jones of Salisbury, MD. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and great friends whom he called brothers.
