He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Manfred and Dorothy L. Coffelt (Parker); and his brothers, Darrell Coffelt and Danny Coffelt. He is survived by: his husband Randy Russell; his sisters-in-law, Jeni Coffelt and Bell Coffelt; his niece Amy Workman (Scott); and his nephews, Doug Coffelt (Jenn) and Troy Coffelt (Rachel).
