He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. Middleton Jr. and Beatrice Middleton. He is survived by: his wife Katherine; his sons, Jeff (Jackie) and Keith (Michelle); his grandchildren, Tyler, Morgan, Brandon (Caitlin), Zachary, Bailey and Jeremy; and his cousin Al Townsend (Linda).
