She is survived by: her husband John Henry Slater; her son John "Jay" Slater (Jay); her daughter-in-law Karen Slater; her daughter Kristen Marie Prophet (Slater); her grandchildren, Melissa Marie Slater, Jessica Elizabeth Slater and Donovan John Prophet; her siblings, Mildred Lynn, Gregory Selby and Kevin Selby; and her close friend Roberta Greenlee (Bert).
