He is survived by: his wife Lesley Rogers; his children, Joel (Lisa Rogers), James (Hilary Rosenbloom), Daria Rogers and Jeanne Bookbinder; his grandsons, Nicholas Bookbinder (Julia Bookbinder) and Philip Bookbinder; and his great grandchildren, Caleb Bookbinder, Judah Bookbinder and Asher Bookbinder.
