He is survived by: his wife Lyda Brookbank; his children, John Spencer Brookbank III (Renee) and Suzanne Heath (Brian); and his grandchildren, Lindsey Ruhe (Brandon), John Spencer Brookbank IV (Drew), Sydney Lew (Cameron), Brett Heath and Taylor Heath. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
