He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Parrott Sr. and Beulah Parrott of Sandy Spring, MD; his brothers, Stanley Sr. and Julius Jr.; and his nephew Stanley Jr..
He is survived by: his siblings, Charlotte Offord and Ronald Parrott Sr.; and his children, Vivian Horton, Cynthia Washington (Kenny), Richard Parrott Jr. and Michael Parrott. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 15 great- grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
