He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyrus Jenkins and Lula Jenkins (Milligan); his wife Judy; and his siblings, Jake, Bobby and Lala.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph Jones (Joe), Elvis Jones (Bo), Marnita Jackson (Nana), Crystal Johnson (Dwayne) and Cynthia Jenkins (Cindy); his son-in-law Dwayne Johnson; his sisters, Gwendolyn Palmer (Robert) and Mary Ruth Jenkins; his siblings-in-law, Janice V. Amos and Raymond Herbert; and his grandchildren, Marvin Jackson, Marquita Jackson, Marquayle Carver, Demario Kellogg, Tayona White, Alyssa McEachrin, Daija White, Jeron Jenkins, Roby White, Brian Jenkins and Amari Johnson. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Jb Jenkins Funeral Home (7474 Landover Rd, Hyattsville, MD 20785). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
