He is survived by: his parents, Francis Augustine Bell and Carol Bell; his wife Lisa Bell; his sons, Noah and Nathan Bell; his brothers, Joe and Dave Bell; his siblings-in-law, Jeff Ruth and Shannon Davidson; his nieces, Alexis, Olivia, Kylie Davidson and Laura Bell; and his in-laws, Joe and Arlene Ruth. He is also survived by his wife, sons, family and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Donaldson Funeral Home & Crematory (1411 Annapolis Rd, Odenton, MD 21113). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Our Lady of the Fields Roman Catholic Church (1070 Cecil Ave S, Millersville, MD 21108).
