She was predeceased by : her husband William Richard Eyring; her parents, Richard Plews and Harriet Plews; her siblings, Richard Plews (Helen), Albert Plews (Catherine), Sarah (John) and Mona (Harvey); her son William Richard Eyring Jr.; and also Karen Lee.

She is survived by : her son Timothy Robert Eyring (Ardith); her daughter-in-law Maxine Eyring; and her grandchildren, William Richard Eyring III (Claire), Romey Duane Eyring (Darlyn), Warren R. Eyring (Tammy) and Allison D. E. Nelson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and their extended families.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donating to the Lillington Grace Church of the Nazarene Landscaping Project (1293 Titan Roberts Rd., Lillington, NC 27546) or to Grace Point Church of the Nazarene (61 Gambrills Rd., Severn, MD 21144).
