It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy C. Fitzgerald of Severn, Maryland, born in Berwyn Heights, Maryland, who passed away on March 13, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Theodore Parker Cowgill and Louise Duval. She is survived by : her children, David R. Lawson (Veronica) of Mineral, VA and Donna Stephenson (Scott) of Severn, MD; her grandchildren, Amanda, Samantha, Shane, Katie, Jimmy and Jack; and her great grandchildren, Fiona, Gavin, Rorke, Ella, Owen, Layla and Jacob.

Donations can be made in Dorothy's name to Alberta Gary Memorial United Methodist Church, 9405 Guilford Road, Columbia, MD 21046.
