He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Theresa Milburn and Fabian Augustine Milburn; his wife Viola; and his siblings, Marsha Milburn, Bernard and Alvin Milburn.
He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda; his son-in-law David Brown of Severn, Maryland; his son Fabian Jr. of Annapolis, Maryland; his sisters, Audrey Patrick of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Theresa Milburn; and his sisters-in-law, Ora Manigault of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and Anna Mae Manigault of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.. He is also survived by his Goddaughter, nieces, nephews, cousins, as well as family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Fabian's memory to the Wounded Warriors Project, an organization he passionately supported.
