Iva Elaine Cowsill Obituary
It is with sadness that the passing of Iva Elaine Cowsill of Severn, Maryland is shared. Iva, born on August 23, 1938, passed away on September 13, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Boone Warfield and Iva G. Warfield (Stinchcomb); her brother Wayne Stanley Warfield; and her son-in-law Roger E. Franz. She is survived by: her husband William E. Cowsill of Severn; her children, William Bryce Cowsill of Martinsburg, WV and Sandra Dawn Franz of Severn; and her grandchildren, Catie and Bryce Cowsill.
Viewing will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kirkley-Ruddick Funeral Home (421 Crain Hwy, Glen Burnie, MD 21061). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Glen Haven Memorial Park (7231 Ritchie Hwy E, Glen Burnie, MD 21061).
