He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Blackmon and Amy Blackmon; and his siblings, Marvin Blackmon and Jessie Parker. He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Supinski (John), J. Neal Blackmon (Angie) and Sophia Zeeler (Travis); his grandchildren, Jessica Rocha (Lee), Kayla Snyder (Todd), Robert Supinski (Megan), Brittany Allen (Jerae), Brooke Mastrantuono (Michael) and Kaitlyn Davis (Troy); and his sister Mary Bruce.
