It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pamela A. Burd of Severn, Maryland, born in Chico, California, who passed away on July 9, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Reverend Richard J. Mansker and Betty Ramsey Mansker. She is survived by : her husband Dennis W. Burd; her daughter Charity Goodwin (Brock) of Elkridge, Maryland.; her grandchildren, Johnny H. Goodwin and Zion B. Goodwin; and her brother Paul Mansker.
