It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Jean Elliott of Severn, Maryland, who passed away on February 8, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Howell "Randy" Randolph Elliott, Jr.; her children, Jim Elliott (Patti), David Elliott (Katrina) and Elizabeth "Betsy" Gainey (Nick); her grandchildren, Ethan, Jess, Taylor, Sarah, Mandy, Leah and Skylar; and her great grandchildren, Jace and Savannah.
