It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard E. Kershner Sr. (Severn, Maryland), born in Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on April 8, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Rosa Mae Kershner and Harry Carpenter; and his grandson Enrique Camacho, Jr.. He is survived by : his wife Rosemarie Wilhelm Kershner; his children, Richard Kershner, Jr. (Rick), Cheryl Brown (David), Randy Kershner (Lori) and Sandy Hare (Tom); his grandchildren, Jamie Kershner, Sarah Henderson (Josh), Eric Camacho, Laura Hare (CJ), Chelsea Kershner (Ron), Noah Kershner, Travis Greenleaf (Mikki), Corrine Squibb (Ronnie) and Kayla Kershner (Ben); and also, Kiersten Henderson, Sahara Henderson, Lucas Squibb, Savannah Henderson, Lyla Squibb, Landon Squibb and Zachariah Henderson.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at 8187 Telegraph Rd, Severn, MD 21144. A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
