Barbara Ann Houck Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Ann Houck of Severna Park, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 16, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Barbara Ann had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Barbara Ann may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lester Arnold and Naomi Louise Arnold (Kratz). She is survived by: her husband Robert Allen Houck; her children, Victoria Elaine Ziegler (Roger) of Annapolis, Robert Allen Houck, Jr. (Ruth) of Richmond, VA and Bradford Lester Houck (Janice) of Ashburn, VA; and her brother William Henry Arnold of Glasgow, Kentucky.. She is also survived by six grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Barranco Funeral Home (495 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park, MD 21146). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
