She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Andrew Miller and Bessie Miller; her sons, David Scott (Mary Ann) of Davidsonville, Walter Scott (Doreen) of Reisterstown and Tom Scott of Annapolis; her grandchildren, Christopher, Joseph, Brian, Dakota, Crescenzo, Braedyn and Ryan; and her husband Donald Francis Scott.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Betty's name to Cape St. Claire United Methodist Church.
