He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Meadows and Margaret Meadows. He is survived by: his wife Gabriele M. Meadows; and his children, Charles D. Meadows, Jr. (Kristin) of Newburg, MD, Joyce C. Meadows (Kevin) of Owings, MD, Edward E. Meadows (Jessica) of Severna Park, MD, Jennifer E. Worthy (Michael) of Mechanicsville, MD and Michael S. Meadows (Katrina) of Tulsa, OK. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
