He was predeceased by: his parents, David Carlton and Eileen Robbins (Routh). He is survived by: his wife Marion L. Robbins (Decker) of Severna Park; his daughter Michele Raleich of Hanover; his sister Kathleen Trent of Kentucky; and his grandson Michael.
