He was predeceased by: his father Robert Marks Newlin. He is survived by: his daughter Samantha Patel of Beaufort, SC; his grandchildren, Laila Patel and Jax Patel; his mother Janet M. Tucker of Severna Park; his sisters, Jane Bailey of Dallas, GA and Cheryl Newlin-Reese of Severna Park; and his stepfather Karl Tucker of Severna Park.
