Mullen of Severna Park, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on February 17, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Ellen S. Mullen; and his son Dennis J. Mullen. He is survived by: his children, Barbara M. Shortridge (Rick) and Timothy B. Mullen (Carol). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
