She is survived by: her children, Janice Shipley, Judy Blanchard (Mark) and Rich Smith (Sylvina); her grandchildren, Robert Shipley (Kalina), James Shipley (Tory), Stephen Blanchard (Kimberly), Kevin Blanchard (Madison), Sophia Smith, Ramsey Smith, Alexandra Osterman and Luke Osterman; and her great grandchildren, Roland Shipley, Oliver Shipley, Penelope Shipley, Elliott Shipley, Scarlett Blanchard, Jaxon Blanchard and Peter Shipley.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Whitten Timberlake Chapel (7404 Timberlake Rd, Lynchburg, VA 24502). A celebration of life was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
