He is survived by: his children, Timothy Phelan (Lisa) and Katherine Pagani; his brothers, Nick, Jim and Steve Phelan; his grandchildren, Carly Bearor (Timmy), Matthew Phelan (Allie), Gina Pagani, Jennifer Pagani, Juliana Pagani, Sean Phelan, Paul D. Pagani and Anthony Pagani; and his great grandchildren, Abigail, Isabelle, Brandon, Belle and Olivia (Kathleen Suit).
