He was predeceased by: his parents, Zeb and Gale; his daughter Wendy McGlohn; and his sister Jane Sims. He is survived by: his wife Ann Morrison Plonk of Severna Park, MD; his children, Susan Land of Arnold, MD and Steven Plonk; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Plonk and Ann.
