She was predeceased by: her parents, Ann Krizek and Anthony Thomas Stefan; her husband Neil Burns Jr.; and her siblings, Joseph Stefan, Lawrence Stefan and Patricia Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Bridget Burns, Neil Burns (Karen), Maureen (Robert), Gerard Burns and Kevin Burns; and her grandchildren, Brian Burns Katie Burns (Olivia), Matthew Burns (Megan), Dan Burns, Gregory Burns (Lauren), Blake, Hayden, Palmer and Kendall.
