He is survived by: his wife Kim Biggs of Arnold, MD; his son Christopher Biggs of Arnold, MD; his mother Jane Biggs of North East, MD; his brothers, Bernie Biggs of North East, MD, Bryan Biggs (Karen) of Pensacola, FL and Randy Biggs (Brenda) of Homosassa, FL; his aunt Alice Oberender (David) of Fallston, MD; his uncle Francis Ellis of St. Petersburg, FL; and his sister-in-law Ellen McGreevy (Anthony) of White Hall, MD. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
