She was predeceased by: her parents, James Parker and Janie Parker; and her sister Katherine Parker. She is survived by: her husband Irving; her children, Irving Thomas Basil Jr., Mary Lorraine Brown and Leslie Jane Payne; her nieces, Sally Steelman and Stephanie Muszelik; and her cousin Sudy McKnight. She is also survived by spouses, nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
