She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Stuart Scotland and Gertrude Arlene Totten Scotland; her former husbands, Robert M. Newlin and Richard Norman Bird; and her son Donald Marks Newlin.
She is survived by: her husband Karl Thomas Tucker of Severna Park; her daughters, Jane S. Bailey (Bill) of Dallas Ga and Cheryl Ann Newlin-Reese (Bill) of Pasadena, MD; and her grandchildren, Cody, Alex, Leviathan, Samantha, Tyler and Ashley. She is also survived by 7 step-children, 8 step-grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Barranco Severna Park Funeral Home (495 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park, MD 21146). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Meadowridge Memorial Park (7250 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075).
