He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Claudia Teague of Texas, Jeff Walter of Connecticut, Phil Walter of Indiana and Ken Walter of Hawaii; his stepdaughter Sue Oster of Arnold; his former wife Lois Reynolds of Severna Park; and his niece Kathy Phillips of Maryland. He is also survived by six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
