He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Van Gundy and Aubrey Miller. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Miller; his children, Jason (Anne Marie), Kim (Jeff), Christy (Terence) and Lily; and his brothers, David and Mark. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
