We announce the death of Michael D. Caspar of Severna Park, Maryland, who passed away on July 29, 2026, at the age of 60. Michael will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia Kramer and Robert Caspar; his son Ryan; his stepfather Don; and his brother Randy.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki Caspar; his children, Rachel Short (Michael) and Christopher Caspar (Allison); his grandchildren, Jace and Sienna Caspar; his stepmother Jolene Caspar; his siblings, Michelle Howell and Keith Kramer (Kim); his uncle Richard Caspar (Carolyn); and his aunt Barbara Hatton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
