He was predeceased by: his parents, John McCullough and Dorothy McCullough; and his brother Thomas McCullough. He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie McCullough; his children, Mike McCullough (Samantha) and Melissa Van Tuyl (Matt); his grandchildren, Brooks, Lennon Van Tuyl, Pace and Paxton McCullough; his siblings, John McCullough (Amy Wilson), Dorothy Eidinger (John) and Cornelius McCullough (Gail); and his sister-in-law Madeline Petrelli. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
